All the necessary household fixtures, accessories and applicances are provided, and the house has a pleasant and homely feeling, made even more so by the existing tenants, some whom have been there for over 18 months.

There is a low-maintenance garden with secure shed, patio area with table and chairs, one that also provides off-road parking for up to three cars.

The all-inclusive rent covers the normal bills such as council tax, gas and electric, water rates, 70mb wifi broadband, as well as weekly cleaners, bi-monthly window cleaner, and gardener.

This is a NON SMOKING HOUSE, however smoking is permitted in the garden.

Deposit is is equal to one months rent. Fees are £110.00 (covers tenant referencing and deposit insurance fees).
