I have a double room to rent within a 10 minute walk to town. Room includes; T. V point, built in wardrobe, double bed, bedside table, use of Wi-Fi. Shared use of the house, there is a large kitchen with a dishwasher, use of all appliances, bathroom and separate w. c, large garden with patio and lawn area.
We are looking for either male of female house mate, not a couple but guests more than welcome anytime. Smoking outside/garden only. Would prefer if you have pets they are caged animals only. Myself and my other house mate are both easy going people.
