Ash Vale - good size single room in modern house. I am looking for a housemate of 40 years plus to share my 4 bedroomed town house. I am a nurse and would like to share with someone mature and respectful. Someone who enjoys peace and quiet and appreciates a clean and tidy environment would be preferable. The house has all mod cons including internet, washing machine, tumble dryer and a very well equipped kitchen. I have a pretty garden and the house is situated in a quiet cul de sac. I am quiet but sociable and enjoy cooking, swimming and walking. There are currently just two of us sharing this large house. The price for the room includes gas, electric and council tax. The house is well served with washing and toilet facilities. Smokers welcome, but this is restricted to the garden area.
