It's a modern, clean house with a huge kitchen diner and all of the usual appliances. There is a large family bathroom that you would share with one other person. It has a double shower cubicle, bath, basin, storage and WC.

The house is kept clean and tidy so suits people who like to live in that environment. Whilst we are a friendly and chatty house, it's not a party pad.

Available is a large double room with wardrobe, dressing table/desk, drawer unit, and a seating area with freeview TV.

We are close to the A331 which gives easy access to both the M3 and A3 and all neighbouring towns. We are a 10 minute walk from Ash Vale mainline station with trains to Waterloo in just over 43 minutes. There is off-road parking and all bills are included. Wi-Fi access. Great location close to local shops, walks and bike trails, good pub, curry house etc

I have 2 friendly cocker spaniels so not suitable for those that have a dog allergy.
