I have a double room to rent in my flat in Ash Vale.
The flat is situated within easy commutable distances to Guildford, Farnborough, Farnham, Aldershot areas, and the train stations (Ash Vale and Ash) are easily walk-able within 15-20 mins.
I have on street parking only, but the road is very quiet. Wifi, council tax and all bills are included in the rent.
