The room is available in a 3 bed property with myself as live in landlord, I am relaxed and friendly and would like someone who is on the same page and is used to living in a shared space, respects the property and is clean and tidy. I have a Hungarian Vizsla who is well behaved in the house but he is a big dog and still quite young so you will need to be dog friendly!

The available room is next door to the bathroom on the first floor, which will essentially be your own bathroom. Landlords room is on the next floor up so offers a bit more privacy than being right on top of each other!
The property has a comfortable lounge and a modern kitchen with all amenities including washing machine & dishwasher.

All bills and household items included in rent. There is also off road parking behind the property and use of the garden and patio area.

Open to a Mon-Fri tenant for a subsidised rent.
