Single Bedroom For Rent

A newly decorated nice and cosy single bedroom is available for rent (Mon-Fri only). This bedroom is larger than most single bedrooms and measures 7'2" by 10 ft.

It comes furnished with single bed benefitting from 3 drawers, ortho support mattress, side table, chest of drawers, and a small walk-in wardrobe. It is very comfortable with hardwood solid oak flooring.

Monthly rental includes all utility bills plus wi-fi, but excluding outgoing phone calls. We are a married couple without kids, and live-in landlords.

Tenant is most welcome to use the facilities in the house, including the dining area, kitchen, washing/laundry, front and back garden, and the parking area when available.

Property has bathroom/shower/wc upstairs and toilet downstairs. A fridge-freezer will provided for your exclusive use.

No smoking inside the house but you may do so in the garden. Landlords are very accommodating and sociable.

Please be advised that we can only attend to calls after office hours. Property is very near ASDA and 2 minutes walk to bus stops.
