Double Furnished Room to rent from February 2024

A very bright, clean furnished double room to let to female student or professional Monday to Friday, will consider 7 days on application. 3 bedroom house in a quiet street with the best neighbours. Lots of parking in front of house. Safe, this was my family home I grew up in and then purchased. I am the live in landlady, I am single and do own a cat. She is quite timid so keeps her distance. I am clean and tidy and warm and friendly. The spare room is at the rear of the house. It is neutral in colour with new carpet being fitted in January 24. It has a wardrobe, set of draws and bedside draws. A shared bathroom is next door with both bath and a new shower. Broadband is included for streaming. Shared kitchen with pots and pans, washing machine, cupboard space for food and fridge freezer. I do sometimes like my own space especially when I am busy but I do also like to sit and share a meal, glass of wine. I am looking for a female sharer, student or professional who is not out every night partying and respectful of mine and their space and clean and tidy. Council Tax band C. I shall add photos of the room once it's ready but have added some of the house. I don't mind smokers or vapers as long as you do this outside.
