Double room available in quiet house

Hi,

The house is peaceful and chilled out and has a newly re-decorated kitchen. Sunny garden with massive shed for storage. The house has a dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, microwave and other appliances available for use.

Wireless broadband is available.

The house itself is in a quiet cul-de-sac less than a mile from the supermarket and has a double driveway (although it will fit three cars).

Bedroom overlooks the garden and a green behind the house so is very private.

I have a medium/large dog (GSD x collie) who can be, at times, a little timid. As he is a big dog, it is important that we have someone who is comfortable and confident with dogs. You will need to be prepared to come and have a few visits so that he can get to know you before you move in.

I'd appreciate someone who was willing to share basic housework like cleaning the bathroom and maintaining a clean/tidy kitchen.
