Furnished double room for rent within a nice 2-bed 1st floor maisonette in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of Brighton Hill [Hatchwarren side]. Currently owned and occupied by me and my very friendly dog, Charlie. I am a working professional, clean and tidy, also a part-time artist.

Room has a single bed, built-in full length cupboard, desk w/ chair, bedside cabinet and shelving. 30mb VM wireless internet. Parking space available outside.

Full use of south-facing garden and use of outside cupboards for storage if needed.

We are located between junctions 6 & 7 of the M3 [less than 5min by car to each]. Less than 10 Minutes from
Basingstoke train station, bus service direct to train station. 1min walk to bus stop on the main road, with busses every 10mins. 5min walk to shopping parade - superstore, hairdressers, doctors, dentist, chinese takeaway, etc

Looking for professional, preferably non-smoker, male or female.

All bills included, except land line telephone.
