Alcohol and smoke free house, 7 or 5 day

We are looking for an 30+ female preferably, to share house with housemate and myself. We both work early so turn in early and would be looking for someone who's lifestyle isn't at the other end of the spectrum, and considerate at night. It is a very quiet house. Very comfortable room with own Virgin tivo box, dvd player, tv, arm chair, double bed, built in wardrobe, dressing table. You have your own fridge freezer. All bills included, excluding phone which isnt to be used. There is 100MB wireless broadband. As I've said in title house is absolutely smoke and alcohol free. Will consider a Monday to Friday let for £350 per month, 7 day £400 per month. House is situated in very quiet area so would ask that this be respected. Bus services are right outside house, these include either to hospital or town centre. Chineham industrial estate is very nearby. I do have two small dogs, so must like dogs. The house has absolutely no dog smell. The dogs do not shed fir so you will not end up with fir on your cloths. Feel free to use rest of house, dinning room, lounge etc, but lounge is primarily mine as I don't have tv in my room and it is mostly occupied by the dogs.
