I have a lovely double room available for a Mon - Fri let ideally suited to professionals (male or female) working locally and traveling home at weekends.

Built in 2011 the house is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 storey property in great condition with a private, sunny garden to the rear. It's situated in Limes Park, walking distance from the hospital and approx 5 mins drive to the centre of Basingstoke. There is a Costa Coffee and Co Op within 10 minutes walk. A parking space allocated to the property is available to the rear of the house and there are bus stops nearby.

The room available is a large room on the first floor just next to the bathroom which would be for your sole use. You would only be sharing the three bedroom property with one other (me) so there will be plenty of space. I will be happy to look into getting a TV/DVD combo with freeview for the room if this is important to you.

Fully fitted kitchen with dining table, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Sky TV in the lounge and Broadband throughout. Bills are included except landline calls (although I do have Skytalk Anytime so charges would just apply for calls to mobile numbers).
