Really lovely double room to rent in a townhouse in Basingstoke. Living with one other person called Mike who is really friendly. Lots of space and comes with all mod cons. It's unfurnished in the room so ideal for someone who already has a bed etc but everything else is fully furnished in the lounge, kitchen etc. the wardrobe in the room will not be there so lots more space than you can see in pics. this is a great property and in a nice location. Tesco express a 2 min walk from house and a 10 min drive to town centre. Current housemate has a 5 year old daughter who stays every other weekend. She is very lovely and grown up so you must like or at least tolerate children. Mike is looking for someone who is independent, clean and friendly. Message me if interested in a viewing.
