Room in crown heights duplex penthouse apartment

Hello,
My current flatmate is looking to relocate and therefore his room in a 2 bedroom flat share will be available around the 20th September.

The luxury apartment is fully furnished

I am seeking a considerate, tidy and sociable flat mate to share a very nice 2 bedroom (fully furnished) apartment in Crown heights Basingstoke.
The apartment is very spacious and each of the bedrooms have private bathrooms.
Bills are not included and these will need to be split 50 / 50, these will include the usual: electricity, council tax, Broadband, Cable TV and cleaning (we have the apartment cleaned each fortnight)
The flat is let via and agency so there are agency fees to register the apartment (£240 on off paid to the agency) and for an itinerary to be completed.

There is also no parking available (although adhoc usage is possible)

The apartment also comes with a private roof terrace (nice for BBQ's).

Just across the road from the train station and minutes from festival place.
