Double room in Modern House £350

I am a 29 year old lad, with a professional job that has a Double room available in my 3 bedroom end of terrace house, close commute to the town centre and the train station. Room comes with all bills included, Sky TV in the room and Wifi access and can include a double mirror fronted wardrobe if needed. Property has recently had a modern kitchen installed. The property has plenty of parking on the driveway and has a decent size back garden. I have got a medium size dog and a cat, so looking for an animal friendly person. Looking for someone who is sociable, clean and tidy. I will be out most of the weekend as this is the only time i get off work, I am into my movies and also Playstation 4.
