Double room available, room furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe and cupboard. £400 a month with bills included. Wi fi available. £400 deposit, I am looking to fill the room Starting 1st January

Ideally looking for creative souls as we are both musicians, although not important if you're not :) Don't let the musicians part put you off if you are seeking peace and quiet, as it is a very quiet household.
It's a one minute walk to the local shops and bus stop, with a direct route into town and bus every fifteen minutes. Local shops include fast food, indian and Chinese restaurant and also a co op shop with chemist and a post office.
