Double Room Mon To Fri Or Full Week

This is an open plan house relaxed household

I'm letting a room within a spacious 4 bedroomed house for a professional working adult who can share facilities. This is a double room for a single let.

I would prefer a MONDAY TO FRIDAY let but may consider a full week for the right person. Therefore price dependent on whether a part or full week taken. Female preferred.

You will be sharing a bathroom but there is a second WC downstairs.
I live in a quiet area which is a 20min walk from Basingstoke town, 15min walk from BCOT College and 10min walk from Queen Marys College. On a main bus route with bus stop 5mins away.
I am situated within easy access to Junction 6 and 7 on the South West side of town.
There are two local corner shops each within five minute walk.

Facilities include; washing machine, tumble drier, Fridge freezer, dishwasher, TV, Wifi.
If you prefer a single bed with more furniture in the room that can be arranged.
I have four Bantam chickens in the garden.
House has gas heating and hot water, a wood burner, smoke & Co2 alarms.
