Double room in large modern house

I am looking for clean and tidy professional person to rent the double room in my house. I have a couple of cats so you must get on with cats. Its close to a Bus Stop which runs every 15 Minutes to town and train station. Alarge Asda store is just up the road walking distance . The room is available now

I have 200Mb broadband and virgin TV

I have a Second lounge with large TV, DVD, soundbar, Sky TV and access to my Media server

The modern kitchen is kitted out with everything you would need to cook, eat etc. A new washing machine is available to use, along with a large fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher and coffee machine.

This double bedroom is fully furnished, a Double bed, wardrobes etc. New bedding can be supplied if needed

There is a nice enclosed garden with BBQ garden furniture.

All bills are included gas, water etc. Not including the home phone. You can have Virgin connected in your room if required at extra cost..

Monday to Friday lets would be considered
