My current tenants (couple) are moving out after 2.5 years due to a new job and need to relocate.

I am therefore looking for either a professional or couple seeking a room in Basingstoke.

I am only in the flat, for a maximum of 10 days/nights per month (mostly weekends but not all weekends) therefore you will have the flat to yourself most of the time.

The bedroom for rent is the main bedroom in the flat, it has a king size bed and a huge wardrobe, more than comfortable for a couple. The lounge is spacious well furnished. The bathroom has a powerful hot shower and the kitchen has an electric oven.

The flat itself is on the top floor of a small block, the walls of the flat do not border anyone else's flat due to the design of the building. There are two allocated parking spaces for the flat so there is never a need to worry about finding a space.

Its about a 20 minute walk to town/train station and supermarkets. Its a one mile drive to the the M3 motorway (Junction 6) and with easy access to the ring road.

The flat has very fast internet, (all bills are included in the cost). For couples the price is £800 per month and £650 for individuals.
