This room is situated in a quiet area of Southampton, close to local shops, banks and post office. It is close to M27, station, airport and buses, making commuting very easy. It is within walking distance of the University of Southampton and a Greyhound and National Express link to many cities outside of the area.
There is on street non permit parking, with lots of free spaces and not in a close/cul-de-sac.
The gardens consist of one small one at the front and 1 quite large one to the rear, with 3 sheds, 2 patios and bar-b-que, with a lovely view.
The house itself is nicely decorated, warm and comfortable, with full gas central heating. Cosisting of, 1 reception room, kitchen and barthroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs.
Facilities available is as follows, colour t. v. with fast Broadband internet access, with a back up of an ethernet cable. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen, there is a shower over the bath. Upstairs consists of 2 doubles and 1 single, the room its self is quite small, nicely decorated with a bed, wardrobe and 2 double cupboards. We are looking for a very clean and tidy, quiet individual, who is trustworthy and doesn, t mind helping with the housework and gardening. We are a house consisting of a gay couple and 1 other gentleman who has lived with us for 2 years, who is here only about half of the week as he has nearby family commitments. We are animal lovers and prefer to spend evenings at home. One of us works full time, the other is at university and works part time. We are a very happy and friendly bunch and need to find someone to fit in with our way of life.
