Female Housemate Wanted

I am looking for a cheerful and tidy housemate to share my three bedroom house in Southampton with one other person.

The bedroom has a double bed, a double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table as well as a bookcase.

A modern, open plan kitchen includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and dishwasher. The lounge has a large flat screen tv and internet is already installed. The rear garden has a patio area with table and chairs an there is rear access to a large communal car park.

The house is close to both the M27 and M3 and has bus stops outside to Central Southampton, General Hospital and Highfield Campus (uni link as well as the night bus!).
