Room with a 4ft "small-double" bed available in Bassett. Room also has desk and storage etc.
Rest of the flat is spacious, with a large and bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a garage for storage/small car. Flat will have some guitars and a piano for anyone musically minded.

Flat is well located for UoS Highfield Campus (10 min walk), has regular buses to Portswood, City Centre and the hospital.

Room is available from mid-June to December 2017. Your flatmate would be me (Dave). I'm a final year med student and will unfortunately have placements at Portsmouth Hospital (and accommodation there) from Monday-Friday for the majority of the six months. However this means you'll have the majority of the flat to spread out in!
I'm afraid it's likely I may not want to split the bills completely 50:50 as I would hardly be present and using water/electricity

The Landlords will be my parents.
