Wonderful double room available in a very spacious flat. I'm leaving as I'm moving in with my partner. The flat has great views of the river with some spectacular sunsets on display (when it's not raining of course) with a nice park just outside the front door. Close to town and train stations, bus stops nearby too. The flat is warm in the winter (never needed to turn the heating on in 2013, saved lots of money). There is a large cupboard in the hall for storage space (Ask my house mate how much stuff I managed to move in). Its on the second floor (there's a lift if necessary), area is quiet but close enough to local pubs and town (+/- £10 cab) if you wanted to go out. The flat also has an entry phone / buzzer. Looking for someone to take over my room and enjoy the place with my current house mate. Has Fibre broadband with over 20 Meg average speed . Price per month includes, rent, broadband and elec. Ample parking on street, with not much traffic. Bedroom is unfurnished , but could negotiate on a bed and cupboard.
