Lovely house in Bitterne Park

The house is situated in Bitterne Park with great views over the city and river. The property has 3 bedrooms, living room, and dining room, which extends out onto a large decked balcony. This area is great for BBQ and relaxing.

There is free road parking outside the property and bus routes into the city are nearby. The house is also a short distance from local shops and the popular riverside park.

I am looking for a sociable female housemate to rent the spare double room. The room is furnished with a double bed chest of drawers & wardrobe. The room is light and has a large bay window.

I work in the city and enjoy staying active and socialising. My fiance lives in London for work but will be around on Sunday evenings and Monday's. We have a small dog who doesn't mault and is very friendly.
