Separate toilet and shower/bath room, double glazing and central heating, all bills included as well as Wi-Fi.
Parking on drive enough space for 2-3 small cars or 2 large cars.
It's a good area to live in there are plenty of shops, gyms and bus stops nearby, close to M27.
I am looking for someone who will pay rent on time, look after their room and respect my house.
I have a 6 year old girl and outdoor kittens.
NO DSS and NO NEGOTIATIONS on the price.
