Mid terraced cottage. Light and spacious. Garden.

Friendly house with a few friends of all ages (my daughter is 19) popping in and out. I have a double room to rent with window looking out over the back garden and over the field and River Lym below. Suit professional or anyone going out to work during the day, who loves the countryside.
You need to like dogs - our two (retriever and jackXcollie) stay sometimes but don't live permanently in the house.
Just 2 minutes walk from the Red Lion Pub and 5 minutes drive into Lymington or up to Brockenhurst Railway Station.
Share whole house. Nice open plan kitchen/dining room, conservatory, sitting room, downstairs loo and shower, upstairs bathroom.
Bedroom is furnished but longer term tenant free to ask if they have smaller items or mattress they would like to bring.
Friends to stay over occasionally by prior request.
Live in landlord has office at bottom of garden where I work during the day but I am often away in the evenings. One other tenant/friend has the smaller bedroom.
