I have two furnished double rooms in a friendly, relaxed house share. Both rooms are bright and airy. The one in the loft runs the whole length of the building. It also has it's own ensuite wash room and toilet. The second room is also a large double and pretty much has exclusive use of the bathroom. I myself use the one on the ground floor - so no queues in the morning!!!

Situated in the green belt between Botley and Hedge End. You can enjoy the house facilities of large lounge/diner, large kitchen, south facing garden with patio area, wireless broadband, weekly cleaner and off-road parking.

The house is ideally located within easy walking distance to supermarkets, petrol station, post office and cash machine. Close to junction 7 of the M27 and a 10minute drive to M3.

I’m looking for a professional person who is friendly, easy going and honest. You must like dogs as I have one. I am an active, outdoor person who enjoys a glass of wine after work. I also need to refit the kitchen so you will need to be prepared for some disruption!
