I have an en suite on the top floor so the family bathroom and middle floor is all yours. I'm looking for someone who is clean & respectful.
WiFi available Use of the lounge is fine but I will want my own space.
Off street parking, in a quiet location.

There is a garden at the rear which you are welcome to use, a bit of a sun trap in the summer.

A cleaner comes every fortnight.

No other tenants just me, a single professional female. I'm looking for male or female lodger. I work from home usually once a week but the rest of the time I spend in the office and I keep quite long hours. I'm looking for someone thats low maintenance, clean, tidy, & considerate.
