Double Room To Rent In Quiet Location

I have a three bedroomed house in quiet area of woodside, 3 large bedrooms furnished, separate lounge, large kitchen diner, downstairs wc.
Full use of kitchen and facilities inc washing machine dishwasher ect,
Room has king size bed with fitted wardrobes over with bed linen supplied. (Bedroom is to be refurbished and decorated before rented) Bathroom is large with corner bath, shower and bidet (towels not supplied).
looking for professional person who is responsible and in full time employment, male or female who needs accommodation in a friendly atmosphere, cleanliness given and expected especially bathroom. (My children think I have ocd which I haven't just like to keep the place tidy).
I am a single man, degree educated, lecturing at Eastleigh college, so out 5 days a week. I like my privacy and respect other peoples privacy, but always up for a natter and laugh, I do like cooking (as Maltese blood ) so the smell of Mediterranean food is not uncommon, I am very family orientated sometimes have grandchildren over to sleep but usually during weekends and holidays.
2 minute walk to eclipse fast bus route (11mins to Fareham train station) walking distance to supermarket and DIY stores, 10 minute drive to M27.
