Small DBLE room in Heart of New Forest

Current office that will be made into room to rent

Small double room available. Its currently being used as an office, so it can be converted into a single or dble room depending how much space the new tenant wants.

I am happy to buy bed and furniture or tenant can also bring own.

I live with my 7 year old daugher, so Ideal tenant needs to like small people :-) and also not play music /be loud in the evenings/past bedtime. I dont really want friends being brought back for obvious reasons.

I do look after dogs (i do dog boarding) and I work from home as a coach and Hypnotherapist.

Large garden space with hot tub and garage.

Shared bathroom upstaires, downstairs WC, living room and seperate dining room.

We live in Burley so no public transport, village location, tranquil and peacful being in the heart of the forest
