I have a lovely spacious, quiet double room with ensuite available, in a modern detached house, overlooking the garden to the rear of the property. I live on a private road/neighbourhood close to the M3, M27, local train station, bus routes, Southampton Airport and local supermarkets/shops. There are plenty of nearby pubs and restaurants if you wish to eat out within walking distance or a short car journey away.

Off road parking is also available by negotiation and a beautiful garden is there for you to enjoy.

For the cost of your rent, you'll have:

PLEASE NOTE: I have two very well behaved female cats - they don't climb on furniture, sleep on the beds or even get upstairs routinely. If you aren't a cat lover, please feel reassured that my pets certainly know their place.

This is a quiet household and I am looking to let the room on a fairly short-term basis initially to the right professional person, male or female.
