I am currently looking to move out of my current room in a 3 bed house share due to moving in with my boyfriend. The house is in chandlers ford, within walking distance of lots of local companies including B&Q, Ageas etc.
The room is a good size double, fitting all the essentials comfortably. currently in the room I have a double bed, wardrobe, set of drawers and a dressing table. the room is part furnished with just a bed frame, however if you also require a wardrobe this can be discussed. the total monthly rent for the house is £850 which equals £284 per person. bills are paid separately and are currently about £120 PCM. all in you are looking at around £405 PCM. a deposit of £425 is required.
Although the availability date is 1st Aug this can be flexible either way.
