Large modern double en-suite room in v clean flat

I'm looking for a clean, tidy and friendly flatmate to share a large 2bed flat just outside of Winchester. Current flatmate is moving out but I would very much like to keep the flat we're renting.

Only 5 miles from the centre of town and a few minutes walk from local shop and post office. Close links to M27/M3, Southampton, Winchester, Eastleigh.

Flat is modern with washing machine, electric oven/gas stove, large fridge/freezer. TV, internet and all bills included. TV aerial in room. Unfurnished double but built in double wardrobe. En-suite has shower, toilet and basin. My room is slightly smaller but I use the master bathroom as my own. Shared living area and kitchen.

Looking for an easy going flatmate who is up for sociallising but equally happy to give each other some space. I'm v clean and tidy so ideally you would be also.
