Fully furnished double bedroom available in a 4 bedroomed property based in Cosham.
Hi - I have a room available to let. I am the owner, occupier of the house. I have a very gentle, gorgeous Staffy.

Currently have one lovely lodger but need one more! Super, easy and friendly household but we all appreciate our own space too!! Just needs the right lodger to fit in!

There is a sitting room available for your use. I have however my own sitting room. Free view tele available in the room + DVD player.
There is Wi Fi access. Rental would include all bills. You would have the use of washing machine, fridge, freezer, own food shelf etc. etc.

Thanks for looking. P'S easy access to hospital. Useful for some work commutes here during week. My lodger does this and it works great for him. Sadly lost my other lodger who stayed for 15 months. Lovely people but again we respect privacy!

As it's a large but single room it may not be suitable for long term depending on baggage! Does have small wardrobe and chest of drawers!

I have a weekly cleaner but changing sheets and towels (although available) is your responsibility!!
