Cosham High Street

I'm not a live in landlord but can't for the life of me figure out how to change it!!

***Second thing to note***
The room is not ensuite (bathroom linked to the bedroom) but has it's own bathroom across the hall.

Location:
It's on Cosham High street - Cosham train station 2 mins walk away with direct trains to London, Southampton, Cardiff and of course Portsmouth Town Centre.

The free shuttle bus to IBM/1000 Lakeside is also 2 minutes away.

5 minute walk to QA Hospital. This isn't a threat that I'm going to put you in hospital, it's just if you work there...

Me and Flatmate:
I'm moving to another house and renting this flat out as a landlord. The existing tenant is Declan (Deckers) he's a pretty chilled out guy. You'll meet both him and me when you come and have a look at the flat.

The Flat:
Living Room: There's a big ass TV in the living room with loads of films ready to watch and Deckers is bringing his PS3.

The bedroom has a 3 and a half foot double bed, it comes with two single wardrobes, 8 draws and 6 shelves. If you move in, I can almost guarantee you'll end up buying more clothes!

Parking - there is parking out front free between 6pm and 8am. There is parking around the back of the flat but no space is allocated to this flat - could always rent a space off one of the other flats...

Viewings would probably be better in the evening of weekdays or weekends. Any questions or if you want to look around my number is below so just hit me up :)
