Two large, double rooms have recently become available in a friendly and homely shared house in Cosham.

The first room is located downstairs and has recently had a new window fitted. The second room is located upstairs. Both rooms are furnished with double beds, wardrobes, desks and drawers.

The current tenants (Laura and Neil) have been living here between 1 and 3 years. We have a reliable, live out landlord (Colin). There is a large shared living room and kitchen at the property which are very well used and there is a large garden (and pond) to the rear. Perfect for summer BBQs!

On street parking is available as there are no parking restrictions in place. There is one car at the property with plenty of room to accommodate 2 more if required. The house is a 15 minute walk from Cosham train station and is close to local bus services.

Were looking for friendly and sociable housemates. Between us we enjoy climbing, swimming, travelling and generally having fun nights out (but also relaxed nights in!).
