The room is very tidy with a new mattress and sheets, and the first to view will take it.

The house is modern, clean and well kept, (tidy people only please). The house is 400m away from Cosham centre, 5 mins from the train station a 3 mins from the motorway. There is Private Parking available.

The house has a very nice bathroom and kitchen (see pics), and the living room is very modern with new carpets thought and nice leather sofas and a communal TV and sky…there’s even a crushed ice machine built into the fridge!

There is a garden with decking/BBQ area, and 2 large sheds, both locked and security alarmed.

ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED; (Gas, Electric, Water, TV licence, Council Tax, Sky, and 100MB Wireless Broadband). There are no hidden costs, just buy some food and help out with the cleaning. This is why the rent is priced as it is.
