The house is modern, clean and well kept, (tidy people only please). The house is 400m away from Cosham centre, 5 mins from the train station a 3 mins from the motorway. There is Private Parking available.
The house has had a recent new bathroom and kitchen (see pics), and the living room is very modern with leather sofas and a communal TV and sky…there’s even a crushed ice machine built into the fridge!
There is a garden with decking/BBQ area, and 2 large sheds, both locked and security alarmed.
ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED; (Gas, Electric, Water, TV licence, Council Tax, Sky, and 10MB Wireless Broadband). There are no hidden costs, just buy some food and help out with the cleaning. This is why the rent is priced as it is.
