The cost is £366 a month, + bills which are evenly divided by the tenants, the biggest of which is the electricity which is not more than £400 every few months. (in fact the bill for summer was 2p which was paid yesterday so you don't have to worry about that for 3 months!)

There isn't much to say about the house, its quiet and kept clean. both of the current housemates are incredibly easy going and try to keep a homely feel to the house.
If you're home i like to cook for the whole house - as it means i can cook better meals. but its also nice to eat together.

broadband, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge/ freezer included.
