Hello we have a medium sized double room with a double bed, to let in our house, the room is available to let Mon - Friday. This room would be perfect for a contractor, we already let out to another contractor who has been with us for a year. So we are very familiar with the routine. We are genuine honest people, we have a large garden and we keep chickens, and Im a keen cook, although your rent doesn't include any meals I do cook for all of us at least once a week. My husband and I work. You have the full use of the house we have all mods cons, We also have a beagle dog and a cat too so, no good if you don't like animals. please feel free to ask any questions.

The room is has TV point double bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers. Nice light airy room full of light. Nicely/modern decorated. Ideal for professional.
You will have access to wireless broadband, (apart from telephone) and all bills included.

The room comes with use of a bathroom upstairs and separate toilet downstairs. You have all the local amenities of shops within minutes and a major bus route, easy access to M27. 3 minutes from A3/A27/M27 and Cosham train station/High St.
Large kitchen, lounge and a huge garden.
Some off road parking plus easy additional parking opposite. Relaxed clean and comfortable home in a good area. £75 Deposit required, rent to be paid weekly please.

We are busy people, you would share the rest of the house just as if you were a family member, we all clean up after ourselves and would expect this of any person that accepts the room. We have all mod cons, dishwasher, microwave, etc
