The house is located close to bus link, 15-minute walk to Eastleigh Railway Station and town centre, easy access to M27, M3 motorways and direct train line to London Waterloo (just over 1 hour). Close to Hedge End and Southampton.

The room is available from late April.

This part of Eastleigh has the benefit free roadside parking.

The monthly rent is £400 plus £250 deposit. This includes all bills, free broadband, full use of kitchen, living room, washing machine, drier and other things that are not generally provided in a standard shared house.

I am a married live-in landlord who is easygoing and works long hours. I spend a lot of time away from home but I am easily contacted via phone and e-mail. My wife is usually at home.
