I'm just having the whole flat redecorated starting with your room, so you could move in any time after the last tenants leave on 4th April.
The flat is over 2 floors with your ensuite room and the other double bedroom as well as a bathroom on the top floor. The floor below has a kitchen diner, a loo and the sitting room. The flat has it's own private entrance, wood floors and you have your own allocated parking space, plenty of grass to sit outside or have a barb-Q and a locked cycle store.
I'll be staying in the other bedroom for part of the week until I find you a great flatmate to move in.
so the rent is £400pcm for your room on top of which you will need to pay a half share of council tax, water, electricity, tv licence and broadband with line rental. Your share is currently £130pcm
I'll be taking up refernce checking through an online firm which will cost you £35 which is non refundable.
Your £600 deposit will be held by the Deposit Protection Service and there will be a formal tenancy agreement to sign
You'll be in easy walking distance of the train station in Eastleigh and the rest of the town center and close to Jnct 13 for the M3 and jnct 5 for M27.
