Double room to let , furnished

I have a double room furnished to let with full use of all amenities in a 3 bed house in the middle of Eastleigh , i do have few bits of gym equipment you would be free to use . There is virgin media in the house which inc sky sport for a small monthly you could add a virgin box on my Acc in your room at the moment it has freeview , also free fibre optic wifi . I do live alone but have my two boys stay every other weekend , I also spend a lot of time staying at my girlfriends so looking for someone I can trust with my house as I'm coming and going a lot . I'm a 43 year old carpenter/ site manager who gets on with most people . The room is currently on a short term let for 6 weeks ending at the of October to someone working in the area but is available from the end of October
