Room for rent central Eastleigh

Hi there, I have a spare room in central Eastleigh available now. My name is Garry and I'm the live in landlord, it's a very relaxed household in which there is another lodger already there. We both work strange hours so there would be no problem for shift workers. I don't actually spend much time at home as I sleep over my partners house most days (I'm a night worker). There is Sky television and broadband also at the property. For those with a car the street is permit controlled which is around £50 per year. I do have a garage which a motorcycle could go in.
All bills are included I just ask that rent be paid in full and on time and I do request a deposit due to bad experiences.
The room is clean, tidy cosy and is furnished, there is a double bed, desk, chest of draws and a fabric wardrobe for your use.
The property is also conveniently placed for easy access to both Eastleigh and airport parkway train stations as well as M27 and M3 motorways.
