Double room, clean and good location

Hi
I am the landlord of the room in question.
I have lived here for 6 years and i have another lodger who has been here for 5 years.
The room is very clean. This is a very quiet room, you can`t hear any road noise etc.
Room has just been decorated, it has a double wardrobe, oak double bed and chest of drawers.
Price includes absolutely all bills and lots of extras, eg Toilet rolls, washing machine products and all cleaning products (exept personal cleaning products, shampoo, toothpaste etc)
I have a tivo box, 46 inch shared tv, shared computer in a large lounge. Wifi high speed broadband.
Room is approx 11 feet square, tv point
I am looking for any gender, but someone who is not dependant on drink/drugs or who has a criminal record.
Hmm, i have just read through my description of the room but it all seems a bit boring, so i will add a bit more about the other occupants. My other lodgers are good company, we do enjoy a good laugh, we are seldom miserable or downbeat a We are looking for someone with similar outlook of any age.
