I am looking for a professional person, preferably with a good sense of fun and humour. You would be sharing the house with a quiet man, who moved in a few months ago. He is very clean and tidy and pleasant company.

I lived in the house for over 11 years, and although I moved out last year, I very occasionally stay, mainly if I need to carry out some maintenance etc., so you may see me from time to time, but very rarely, mainly you will just be sharing with my lodger, who I've described in the flatmate section above.

You would have full access to the whole house and garden, and if you want more space the beach is just 5 minutes' walk away. There you can find the "Coffee Cup" cafe on the local beach, where you can sit outside and enjoy the view of the sea.
