Housemate wanted for house share in 3 bedroom maisonette in pleasant, quiet area in Eastney. Main seafront at end of the road, 2 mins walk from local shop and a few minutes walk to to all local amenities and bus stops.

Semi-furnished double room, full use of lounge kitchen, fridge/freezer, cooker and all other utilities, bathroom etc.

Rent £317.50 p. c. m.

Bills additional and split evenly which is currently £140. 00 p. c. m. (subject to change with Council tax/utilities prices rises). This includes everything, Electric, Council tax, T. v. licence, Southern and Portsmouth Water and Internet connectivity (wifi) etc.

Would prefer a working person.

I am a 45 year old employed gentleman. I am a smoker, so would prefer someone not adverse to smokers or who is a smoker themselves. I have lived in the property for 8 years.

The property is rented through an agency, so would become a joint tenant and the agency has a minimum rental period of 7 months and there would be a signing on fee of £50.

The room will be available from September 1st 2016.

The room has a double bed, 2 bedside units, lamp and curtains and has a built in wardrobe.
