Double room available in nice quiet area in Fair Oak, Eastleigh - close to local shops and village square / parks / forest / Zoo / Airport. :o)

We're trustworthy and friendly (live-in-landlord) looking for a similar professional person who's likely in the area for work and needs a quiet/comfortable place to stay, with decent connectivity! :)

Rent covers:
- room
- washing machine / cooker / microwave usage etc!
- bills
- 80Mb super-speedy fibre internet access (wifi available).
- cleaner (no keep-clean rota for us! ;o) ).

But you'll obviously need to sort yourself out with the usuals:
- soap powder
- food
- shopping! ;o)

Local area:
- The local shops are just a walk around the corner
- Access to Stoke Park Wood is just across the road if you're into walking :)
- Several local pubs are in walking distance (The clock, the george, queens head, fishers pond, the welcome).
- 25 or so minute walk into the town centre (depending on your leg speed) - or alternatively there is a regular local bus - the no 2.
- close to southampton airport & marwell zoo.

Room is currently furnished with all the basics.
