Furnished Large Double Room Including Bills

My wife (Dianne) and I would like to offer a fully furnished large double room.

It is recently decorated and fully furnished including a double bed, large chest of drawers (6 large drawers), two bed side cabinets, integral large wardrobe, shelving unit, mirror and chair. The room is light and airy (the photo is a bit dark) with views out to the garden. it is also not overlooked by any other houses.

The price of the room also includes all bills and wi-fi use, but excludes the use of the house telephone and food.

The house is located within a quiet cul-de-sac which offers quick connection to the M27 (Junction 11). It is also 10 minutes walk from Fareham train and bus station and the town centre itself. There is a local shop and a good local pub within 5 minutes walk.

Safe parking is available within the close itself. Although not off the road, the close is very quiet and due to its nature has no through traffic.

Although the use of the garage is not exclusive(therefore listed as 'No') there is space within the garage to store a limited number of items such as a bicycle or potentially a motorbike if required. Additionally there is also a limited amount of available space in our loft should you wish to store things not required on a daily basis.

We are a professional couple. I work away during the week, returning at weekends and leave periods. Dianne works shifts, so therefore we would require someone that is quiet and considerate. We are a clean, tidy and house proud couple. We are also friendly and sociable and would not expect you to isolate yourself in your room. You would have full access to all common areas, including the garden (When the British summer allows!). All we would ask is that you help keep the house tidy.

The room is only available Monday to Friday for occupation, but will not be used by anyone else at weekends so the room will be for the lodgers sole use. The Monday to Friday stipulation is only due to me working away during the week so Dianne and I have weekends together. The need to stay on occasional weekends however would be acceptable.
