Room in a Friendly house share

Hi

We rent a 3 bed terraced house close to Train/Bus/Eclipse/motorway links, within 10 Min's walk of Fareham Town centre and HMS Collingwood.

There are currently 3 housemates living here one of these housemates is leaving so we have a room available. i have been traveling for the past year and will be returning in 2014

The room is available in from now it is a Single room however there is a small double bed and wardrobe, with the exception of the bed the room can be unfurnished if you wish.

The rest of the house is shared, there is a large living room and back garden, a fully equipped kitchen and ample freezer/fridge space, there is on road parking available and there is also a parking space behind the house.

We share the household chores between us - cleaning products are also included in the rent. We do try and keep the garden looking as nice as possible and share the lawn mowing duties, but none of us are particularly green fingered so if you are, you'll have free reign.

We will consider pets, we have 1 cat, she is very friendly.

We are a sociable household and ideally are looking for someone to be a part of our home. We have occasional parties - nothing too crazy, mostly we like a DVD night or Just Dance on the wii and we like to make use of the garden and BBQ when we have some good weather.

We enjoy having people in the house so your friends would always be welcome however as we all work full time we would ask potential housemates to be considerate
